For 40 years, Scott Teplinsky has earned a reputation as a tenacious and passionate advocate who goes above and beyond for his clients. Scott has an unrivaled level of energy, skill, and commitment to seeing that issues big and small are solved promptly and successfully. He has assembled an experienced team of professionals who share his passion for helping injured individuals and their families.
Scott has successfully taken on numerous complex cases against machine, product, drug, and insurance companies. His clients suffer from serious and catastrophic injuries. “We pride ourselves in leaving no stone unturned to ensure that our clients are fully and fairly protected”.
Scott has dedicated himself to representing victims of serious injury or wrongful death and individuals hurt on the job. He has been awarded the AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell law directory for 23 years. The AV rating is the highest achievable rating for legal and ethical standards.

Mark Freeman

Mark Freeman is an accomplished Workers Compensation attorney with over 35 years of experience representing clients in workers compensation matters. His extensive experience includes appearances at conferences, hearings, and before the Workers Compensation Court of Appeals, as well as the Supreme Courts of both Minnesota and South Dakota. Mark's high level of expertise is recognized by his peers, as evidenced by his AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a Superb rating on Avvo. In the past, Mark has spent time representing Employers and Insurers. He understands how insurers think when handling cases, which has given him insight in how to achieve the best results for his clients. Currently, Mark holds the position of co-chair of the MNAJ (Minnesota Association for Justice) workers' compensation committee.
Mark is a proud graduate of Sibley High School, the University of Michigan and William Mitchel College of law. He was born and raised in Minnesota and has a deep appreciation for the state, and all it has to offer. He is an enthusiastic sports fan and supports his Minnesota sports teams as well as his Michigan Wolverines. Mark also enjoys spending time with his family. He is married with 3 children and a son-in-law. He is also fortunate to have two living parents in their 90s. He has a cat and a dog, which his family adopted from the Minnesota Humane Society. He is committed to finding a balanced lifestyle as evidenced by his practice of yoga through his wife’s yoga studio in St. Louis Park.

D. Haven Wojciak

Haven Was born and raised in Florida and is a recent transplant to Minnesota. He joined the Teplinsky Law Group in 2023 after spending several years in-house with a regional insurance company. Haven has now dedicated himself to representing injured workers and working to provide justice, counsel and representation to workers as they navigate the workers’ compensation and court systems.
Haven is Admitted to Practice in Minnesota, Iowa, Florida, and Nevada (inactive status).
Haven lives in Woodbury, MN with his wife and two sons. He enjoys coaching 3v3 hockey, playing string instruments, painting and cooking.
